We did not get out to see Alice this weekend, as so many did. Had other plans - some of which came through, others that did not for a number of reasons. Hello, LJ. I'm sorry I've neglected you. I think I need to sign up for another month of NaBloPoMo, maybe in April or May, to make up for only updating three times the entire month of February. Is it really March already? *groan*

My friend's memorial service is this afternoon, and I'm off in a bit to attend that. I hate funerals/memorial services, and not just for the obvious reason. I always feel very-very uncomfortable around public displays of grief.
